VR Proxy Pass


Our VR project is using Studio Ghilbi Spirited Away as a theme. The player is Chihiro and our prop is a bath token. Our environment is the train car from Spirited Away.
 
This week I worked on the proxy models and materials for the train car and the bath token. I put them in a test scene in our UE4 project and set up some proxy lighting and an HDRI to replicate the exterior world of our reference scene.

I export directly to the Art Depot in Perforce. UE4 pulls directly from the Art Depot for the source files for the models and textures.
